Minggu Bahasa (Minggu Pusat Sumber) 2011.

The librarians were launching a program called "Minggu Pusat Sumber (Minggu Bahasa)" known as the library week where activities were hold and take place.

As usual on Monday mornings, assembly comes on first and right after singing the national anthem song and right after that, a respective teacher introduced "Minggu Bahasa" before launching it.

and not just that, the library week held a few competitions for
students in SMK Bukit Bandaraya.



Right after launching, some students took part of creating a drama likewise the pictures above as they were taking about how language brought into the world. It was eye-catching as in the performance was good.

That was during assembly and right after assembly, the library hosted some competition such as doing a creative mind map that comes from the textbook but shortening the notes into a mind map. These are the pictures that were capture doing the event:-

I hope that next year would be better and much more adventurous (known as fun filling) for the students, teachers and the librarians as well.

ANNUAL DINNER 2010

The annual dinner was held at KKClub, Taman Melawati on the 15th October 2010. This annual dinner has been made once in a year to gather together as a family. It started at 7pm.

That night, there were some performers over there, and of course chit-chatting as they were having fun especially for the form 5's as this is their last annual dinner they will be celebrating with us before moving on with their future ahead.

To cut it short, that night was incredibly awesome and a night to remember for all the librarians.

It ended around 11pm at night.

Majlis Pertabalan PPS Sesi 2010/2011

Pada 24 September 2010 pada hari Jumaat, Majlis perlantikan Pengawas Pusat Sumber sesi 2010/2011 telah diadakan di Dataran Mutiara, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bukit Bandaraya dan telah dirasmikan oleh Encik Khairi Razali.

Objektif utama majlis ini diadakan adalah untuk memperkenalkan barisan jawatankuasa Pengawas Pusat Sumber dan Pengawas- pengawas Pusat Sumber baru sesi 2010/2011.

Majlis ini dimulakan dengan majlis perbubaran Pengawas Pusat Sumber Tingkatan 5 dan disusuli dengan majlis pelantikan Pengawas Pusat Sumber baru sesi 2010/2011. Majlis ini bermula pada pukul 8.00 pagi dan berakhir pada pukul 8.40 pagi.

Jamuan: Hari Raya.

Pada 17 September 2010, tepat selepas sekolah, pihak (hari raya) diadakan di perpustakaan yang bermula jam 14:45 selepas sekolah. Namun, tujuan melakukan parti ini adalah untuk mendapatkan lebih dekat satu sama lain tanpa rasa takut, belajar bagaimana untuk mengekspos diri kita yang lain.

Juga, beberapa pustakawan membawa beberapa biskuit hari raya , kuih, makanan ringan dan selain-lainnya.

Sebelum kita mulai, yang Islams sedang berdoa dan setelah berdoa, kami membantu diri kita untuk meraih makanan dan makan bersama.




Selepas itu, pustakawan memainkan beberapa permainan yang menarik, seperti "musical chair", (1) lagi.
